Sales and Partnerships Manager

What you will be doing:

End-to-End Sales (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client workflows, KPIs, and outsourcing requirements.
  • Prepare customized proposals and pricing in coordination with Operations, Pricing, and TA.
  • Lead proposal presentations and commercial alignment discussions.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and movement of deals across pipeline stages.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
CRM Hygiene& Pipeline Discipline
  • Maintain strict Salesforce CRM hygiene and ensure opportunities are forecast-ready.
  • Log all communication touchpoints and maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Support weekly pipeline reviews and revenue forecasting discussions.
Business Development Support
  • Support outbound prospecting using Apollo, Dripify, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Assist with industry mapping, account research, and vertical-specific targeting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and partnership initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Operations for feasibility checks and delivery alignment.
  • Coordinate with TA for role benchmarks and HR rate validation.
  • Partner with Pricing on commercial modeling and rate structuring.
  • Align with Marketing for prospect engagement materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of BPO sales experience (required).
  • Proven experience closing outsourcing deals (U.S. or global markets preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of outsourcing structures (CX, back office, tech support, etc.).
  • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred).
