Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Distribution Center Coordinator.
DC Coordinator role in our Consolidated warehouse is vital in the operation for Distribution Center. They help DC Manager to reinforce thru 3PL governance on hitting and sustaining agreed KPIs in the contract.
What are the Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination with 3PL Leadership Team on the operations governance thru agreed KPI.
- Ensuring product availability is within IG target per coordination with DPTG and Source Plant.
- Managing ageing of stocks thru FEFO monitoring per compliance with 3PL or within the Customer minimum shelf-life acceptance; requesting diversion for depletion and accommodating of diverted orders vs product availability esp during month-end conversion.
- Take the Lead in inventory recon with 3PL every after cycle count schedule.
- Validates delivery discrepancies thru POD with 3PL Team during Credit Invoice checking for releasing.
- Take charge on BODR generation for non-conforming FGs and pass-on claims for those under the 3PL accountability base on contract.
- Being S4 Super User, help IT on the smooth transition of SAP S4 from SAP ECC and assist operations at the site relating to S4 issues and concerns.
What are the Qualifications:
- Candidate should be a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Preferably 1 to 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees.
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office tools esp excel and powerpoint for data analysis and presentation
- With Leadership and communication skills.
- With experience in Root cause analysis
- Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro.
