Administration Officer (AU Strata) - Work from Home

Provide administrative support to the company in a range of functions associated with Strata Management.
  • Collect and process information and reports as required, and ensure all correspondence and records are filed.
  • Follow company documents and admin templates as part of the SOP.
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotations and tendering services
  • Prepare documentation for Annual General and Committee Meetings.
  • Attend Annual General and Committee Meetings to take minutes,
  • Assist with Essential Services and OH&S compliance for the portfolio.
  • Database management of electronic filing, including all correspondence, quotations, and records.
  • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S).
  • Provide executive assistant support for the Managing Director.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working in the Strata or Real Estate Industry highly preferred.
  • Experience in Australia Strata or Real Estate Industry is an advantage.
  • Legal background and experience preferred but not essential.
  • Superior attention to detail and pride in work output.
  • Exceptional administrative, time management and self-organisation skills.
  • A passion for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Have excellent grammar and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to understand reports.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to learn.
