About the role

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team at Cotabato Sugar Central Co., Inc. (CSCCI) in Matalam Cotabato. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment used in our sugar production facility.

What you'll be doing

Set up, operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, and implement appropriate solutions
Liaise with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise production downtime
What we're looking for

A Vocational or Technical course graduate or college level
With at least three (3) years’ experience in mechanical repairs and maintenance
Proficient in operating and maintaining a variety of industrial machinery and equipment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics
