Job Description
Chain Glass Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Representative to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate is confident in meeting high-net-worth individuals, business owners, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers, with a proven history of successfully closing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
- Must be able to meet monthly sales targets, close deals, and build strong client relationships.
- Strong portfolio or documented track record of successful sales closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to interact with high-value clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to travel and conduct field work.
- Experience in construction, architectural products, glass, aluminum, building materials, or related industries is an advantage.
