In-store Marketing Specialist

Location: Xiaomi Store, Parqal Mall, Parañaque City

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven In-Store Marketing Specialist to lead the promotional and engagement efforts for our Xiaomi store in Parqal Mall. Your primary objective is to enhance the in-store experience, drive consistent foot traffic, and convert walk-in visitors into loyal Xiaomi customers.

• Develop and execute creative local marketing initiatives (e.g., in-store events, mall-based partnerships, or promotional activations) to attract new and returning customers to the store.
• Oversee the store’s visual merchandising to ensure it aligns with global Xiaomi branding while remaining optimized for local consumer preferences.
• Implement marketing campaigns and customize them to fit the local Parqal Mall demographic.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to train staff on how to communicate current promotions effectively. Create an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to interact with Xiaomi products.
• Track store traffic, promotional conversion rates, and sales data to report on the ROI of your in-store initiatives. Use these insights to recommend improvements for future activities.
• Monitor local consumer feedback and trends in the Parqal area to identify unique opportunities for store-specific promotions.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or customer experience management. Experience with tech or electronics brands is a strong plus.
• Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of retail consumer behavior and path-to-purchase.
• Creative flair for setting up eye-catching displays and events.
• Basic data analysis skills (you should be comfortable tracking sales data and store traffic metrics).
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with store staff and mall management.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude—you enjoy being on the sales floor and interacting with customers.
