BPO Reports Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to join our team to develop reports, analyze performance metrics, and deliver insights that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance
- Track and analyze key metrics such as productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, and service levels
- Build dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and volume analysis
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to address business needs
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests and deliver within defined timelines
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and optimization
- Proven experience in reporting, MIS, or data analysis.
- Experience in healthcare or BPO environment is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in Citrix and Docuwiz is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work on site in Eastwood Libis, Quezon CIty
- Willing to work on a US schedule
