What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

As a Technical Support Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide technical assistance.
  • Help customers with troubleshooting by phone, chat, or email.
  • Walk customers through solutions in a clear, simple way.
  • Build trust by taking ownership of every issue and seeing it through.
  • Balance great service with performance goals like quality and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least six months of BPO or technical support experience
  • At least High School/Senior High graduate
  • Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Ability to build rapport and show genuine care for customers
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating online tools
  • A positive, dependable attitude with problem-solving skills
