About the role

This full-time E-Commerce Blended Voice/Nonvoice Account - Customer Service Representative role offers the opportunity to join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to clients, handling a range of enquiries across voice and non-voice channels.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing high-quality customer service through efficient handling of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to help improve processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the e-commerce industry; HS/SHS Grad + 6MONTHS CFE or BPO
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of diverse customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for customers
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluency in both English and the local language
