An amazing opportunity to work with a national interpreter service exists for an
Admin Support team member. Our client offers a National Interpreter service to Government and private organisations to help them serve their customers. Using start-of-the-art cloud technology, our client maintains a high customer service standard and is looking to hire an admin support team member to support the rapid growth.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced Admin Support team member. Experience working within the contact centre industry is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from clients and customers requiring to be connected to a live interpreter’
- Maintain required customer service standards
- Provide an acceptable solution to the caller
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work night shifts on a rotational basis
- Training will be for 1 to 2 months during the day and then you will shift to night shifts
- Preferred tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline
- Experience working in the contact centre industry with Australian clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
