HR Junior Analyst (Training)

The HR Junior Analyst for Training plays a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of Learning and Development (L&D) programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and driving organizational effectiveness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify employee training needs and develop appropriate learning interventions.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, including soft skills development for Rank and File to Non-Supervisory level employees.
• Coordinate logistics and requirements for training sessions, including materials, venue, and communication.
• Manage the end-to-end Internship Program:
• Gather internship requests from departments.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Team for applicant sourcing and screening.
• Liaise with the Legal Department and partner schools for MOUs and documentation.
• Conduct and coordinate onboarding orientation for new hires.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) using SAP for training-related procurement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Create and update reports on training man-hours and utilization to support data-driven decision-making.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource (Training and Engagement).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with SAP for PR and GR processing
• Skilled in using design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar platforms.
