The University of Cebu is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to handle Agency-Based Employee Relations, and HMO administration. The role focuses on maintaining positive workplace relationships, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee health benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency-Based Employee Relations- Coordinate with external agencies for manpower requirements and deployment
- Monitor onboarding, documentation, and compliance of agency-based employees
- Act as liaison between departments and agency personnel
- Manage and monitor employee health insurance (HMO) enrollment and utilization
- Coordinate with HMO providers on concerns, updates, and claims
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
