Technology Analyst 3

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Technical Product Owners, product stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and creation of quality business and technical requirements and solutions while assessing potential benefits, risks, and impacts
• Fostering a high level of awareness among teams regardingthe current domain or application(s) architecture and business processes to ensure all impacted areas have adequate stakeholder representation
• Applying depth of expertise in the principles and practices of analysis and reporting
• Documenting new features and changes through user stories, API documentation, and sequence diagrams
• Working closely with Product Owners and technical team(s) to ensure prioritized deliverables are properly executed in the committed timeframe
• Facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily scrum calls and grooming sessions
• Maintaining and monitoring sprint plans, project schedules, and other related documentation; coordinating tasks among the team members and product stakeholders
• Troubleshooting and managing the resolution of software defects and incidents
• Following agile software development best practices and maturing the agile processes
• Knowledge/Skill Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of experience of building business and system requirements for application development.
• Good understanding of enterprise application development and integration, and Agile methodology
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to perform reviews of authored documents and achieve sign-off
• Strong understanding of databases, and query tools like SQL Workbench
• Proficiency with SQL queries
• Experience with visualization and presentation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
• Superior quantitative and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for achieving practical business impact
• Ability to multitask, work independently, as well as a team player.
