Sales Specialist (Live Sales)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in poultry, livestock, agribusiness, or FMCG
- Knowledge of live poultry operations and market dynamics is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, basic reporting tools)
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Generate and manage sales orders for live poultry products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
- Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, revenue, and collections
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and plant operations for order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries
- Comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and biosecurity standards
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
