- At least 3 years of relevant customer support, administrative, or coordination experience
- Experience handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous report writing experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft System Center
- Excellent executive communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Complete insurance reports accurately and on time
- Schedule job attendances and coordinate appointments
- Contact insured clients to arrange service attendances
- Communicate effectively with internal staff to support daily operations
