Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant customer support, administrative, or coordination experience
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous report writing experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Complete insurance reports accurately and on time
  • Schedule job attendances and coordinate appointments
  • Contact insured clients to arrange service attendances
