Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients via chat/DMs and emails to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
  • Order Processing & Account Management: Assist clients with orders, account updates, billing inquiries, and service modifications.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, identify potential issues, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to provide comprehensive service to clients.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
  • Compliance & Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain professional, patient, and courteous under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
