We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Staff to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day recruitment operations to help ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Description: We are looking for a Recruiter to support our internal and client hiring needs. You’ll focus on sourcing candidates for roles in admin, customer service, sales, operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job advertisements on JobStreet and other platforms
  • Actively source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
  • Review applications and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and communication skills
  • Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and clients
  • Maintain applicant records, recruitment trackers, and reports
  • Provide feedback to candidates and support the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • With or without prior office experience; training will be provided.
