Senior Project Manager (Hybrid/Makati)

Key Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of actual IT Project Manager experience (not limited to general project management).
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end IT projects, managing technical teams, and delivering complex system implementations.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Bridge communication between business and development teams
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and resources
• Ensure adherence to IT project management best practices and standards

1. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, specifications, process flows, and test plans. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations. Support scope management and identify design risks with mitigation strategies.

Drive ongoing improvements in business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
