Quality Engineer

QUALITY ENGINEER
We are looking for Quality Engineers who will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth failure analysis to identify root causes of product issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools for defect investigation.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure processes meet or exceed quality standards.
- Evaluate and analyze production data (i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability index, etc.) to determine opportunities for improvement in quality
- Support quality assurance initiatives to meet industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- Project management experience would be beneficial
