BPO Team Leader (Sale Account)

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 8–10 agents.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and quality.
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide regular feedback.
- Handle customer and employee escalations.
- Prepare performance reports and ensure team goals are met.
- Promote employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- At least 2–3 years of BPO Team Leader experience.
- Experience supporting an Australian account is preferred.
- Background in Outbound Sales or Appointment Setting is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- LSS Trained or Leadership Academy certified is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required.
- Australian day shift schedule.
