Warehouse helper

Job Description

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
2. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
3. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
4. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
5. Complete diary logs into inventory
6. Report any discrepancies
7. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
8. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
9. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
10. Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
11. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
12. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
13. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
14. Reports any mechanical problems.
15. Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
16. Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
17. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. 18. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• No Tattoo
• Ages 25-35 years old
• With experience in warehouse is a plus
• At least High School Graduate/ALS Graduate
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Honest and willing to be assigned in Cebu City or Mandaue City.
• Responsible and hardworking
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Accepting delivery of inventory.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicating errors to relevant parties.
• Marking and labeling stock.
• Storing inventory in accessible manner.
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
• Building loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack.
• Fully vaccinated
