The Civil Site & Survey Engineer will play a critical role in the engineering, precision layout, and civil execution of large-scale solar farm infrastructure projects. This position bridges the gap between high-precision geodetic data and civil construction, overseeing everything from initial topographic mapping to the final QA/QC of structural foundations.

The ideal candidate will combine advanced engineering survey skills (RTK GPS) with practical civil works experience (earthworks, piling, drainage) to ensure the solar farm is built precisely to design specifications and Philippine construction standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed)
• Proven experience in construction surveying and civil works, preferably in solar PV or infrastructure projects
• Proficient in RTK GPS operation for topographic survey, control points, layout, and volume measurement
• Skilled in AutoCAD for survey data processing, site plans, foundation layouts, and as-built drawings
• Knowledgeable in solar farm civil works (pile foundations, mounting structures, transformer pads, cable trenches, roads, drainage, fencing)
• Experienced in preparing survey reports, stakeout records, cut-and-fill calculations, and inspection documentation
• Competent in coordinate data handling and verification between survey equipment and design drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QGIS, and Google Earth for data processing and earthwork quantity checking
• Familiar with construction standards, tolerances, and QA/QC procedures
• Strong understanding of Philippine construction practices and site operations
• Good communication and coordination skills with engineers, survey teams, and site workers
• Able to work independently in remote areas with minimal supervision
