Operations Manager – Financial/Banking International Account

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and team performance
  • Ensure KPIs and business goals are met
  • Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
  • Analyze reports and provide recommendations
  • Coordinate with teams to maintain operational efficiency
  • Lead and support team members to achieve targets
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is an advantage
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably handling an international account
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
