Product Quality Assurance

Job description:

• Translates quality characteristics/parameters into testing methodologies to measure them.
• Ensures product quality through scheduling, execution, tracking, and reporting of quality testing of products.
• Performs in-house testing activities for all private label products
• Coordinates with, establishes, and builds working relationships with institutions that perform quality and regulatory testing.
• Liases with internal and external partners to ensure product testing is done and results are released on-time and in-full

Job qualification:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Nutrition, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Product Development or Laboratory Testing (FMCG, retail, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods is an advantage).
• Knowledge of quality control processes, product testing procedures, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel for supplier visits, product inspections, and testing activities.
• Willing to work in a 75% field-based and 25% office-based environment
