Customer Support Representative - Open for HS Grad and SHS Grad.
We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain a positive customer experience
Provide accurate and clear information regarding products, services, and company policies
Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed
Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and share improvement ideas
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
