Retail Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations and support overall business performance. This role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and delivering a consistent and high-quality customer experience across stores.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
• Manage store opening and closing procedures
• Conduct regular store visits, team meetings, and training sessions
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Lead, coach, and support sales associates, including performance evaluations
• Monitor team performance, support development, and build succession plans
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and operational data for decision-making
• Set and track sales targets; implement strategies to achieve business goals
• Coordinate with merchandising on product display and store layout
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize stock issues
• Work closely with HR on staffing, compliance, and performance management
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
• Relevant experience in retail operations or a similar role
• Experience handling department store or boutique operations is an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical with the ability to interpret sales and operational data
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service practices
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Open to candidates willing to do fieldwork and travel when needed
• Must be willing to work onsite in Binondo, Manila
