Logistics VA

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator VA to support our daily shipping, receiving, and vendor coordination activities. This role involves arranging pickups, comparing shipping options, maintaining accurate ERP records, and ensuring that all goods are moved on time with complete and correct documentation throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule pickups and deliveries and confirm the timely receipt of goods
• Communicate with freight partners via email to compare shipping rates, evaluate routing options, and coordinate logistics arrangements
• Record all inbound and outbound transactions within the ERP system and maintain thorough and reliable audit trails
• Track product lots and variations as required and verify all documentation before dispatch
• Flag exceptions as they arise, follow established escalation paths, and keep all relevant stakeholders consistently informed

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong coordination skills with a consistent ability to follow through on commitments and tasks
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data entry within business management systems
• Clear and professional English communication with well-developed email etiquette
• High level of accuracy with strong time management across multiple concurrent priorities
• Familiarity with logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and resolve logistical challenges efficiently under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or fulfillment support
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite or comparable systems
• Understanding of U.S. shipping practices and the ability to conduct basic cost comparisons
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience using rate comparison tools and shipment tracking platforms
