Retention & Loyalty Specialist

The Retention & Loyalty Specialist serves as a strategic consultant to customers, helping them find the right path forward while providing the Product team with vital insights into why users leave. This role bridges the gap between customers and internal functions, focusing on educating, troubleshooting, and delighting customers through timely, effective assistance.

The specialist embodies sales proficiency, customer-centricity, and a collaborative approach to empower customers to maximize the value and adoption of the software, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty (saves). Furthermore, the Digital Loyalty expert serves as a conduit for customer feedback, advocating for their needs and preferences within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience working on Saves and Retention campaigns or within the UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) space.
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • General understanding of internet technologies
  • Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce for case management
  • SHS Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college and/or 72 units
