The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and service quality of the hotel. This includes managing day-to-day operations, overseeing departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, controlling costs, and leading the hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.
Qualifications/Requirements- Ability to drive revenue and occupancy through marketing and sales initiatives
- Knowledge of digital marketing, OTA platforms, and direct booking strategies
- Deep understanding of all hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Sales
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety, labor laws, fire safety, and hotel-specific regulations
