Lead and support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Manage timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and assist with payroll coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Coordinate with government agencies.
Assist with the reviewing of company's policies and contracts.
Support training and development programs.
Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage
