Posted on 1 August 2025- Lead and support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and assist with payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate with government agencies.
- Assist with the reviewing of company's policies and contracts.
- Support training and development programs.
- Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage
