Media Buyer - Cebu

You’ll play a vital role in driving client success through ROI-focused ad buying strategies and continuous campaign improvement.

• Strategize, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook & Instagram.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in using Foreplay and Minea for marketing and creative research purposes
• Conduct thorough market and audience research to ensure high-performing targeting strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM
• Continuously test creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments for optimization
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align ad content with campaign objectives
• Manage advertising budgets and adjust spend in response to performance trends

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in media buying, performance marketing, or paid digital advertising
• Proven experience in managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Demonstrated experience managing large budgets with proven results in scaling campaigns profitably
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and provide strategic direction to design teams for creatives
• Strong time-management skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to hitting KPIs
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Base Salary: Starting at ₱50,000 - ₱60,000 monthly
• Work Hours: Flexible schedule (Dayshift PH Time), with an expected commitment of approximately 40 hours per week
• Annual Increase: Increase on current base salary after 1 year of continuous employment
• Profit Sharing: Eligible for a profit share when the company achieves agreed-upon KPIs for a client; effective upon employment
• Insurance Bonus: Monthly insurance bonus provided as a cash allowance; effective upon employment
• Internet Allowance: Monthly internet allowance provided as a cash allowance; effective upon employment
