Food Service Account Manager - Quezon City
About the role
As the Food Service Account Manager at PTC Commercial Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the food service industry. This is a full-time role based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. You will be the primary point of contact for our top food service clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
What you'll be doing- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key food service accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery
- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within your accounts
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor account performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Attend industry events and build a strong network of contacts to identify new business prospects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or relationship management within the food service industry
- Proven track record of growing and retaining key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
