Technical Support Engineer
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems, working hands-on with products, and helping customers get the best experience from their devices.
In this role, you’ll provide in-house and onsite technical support, conduct repairs and installations, assist service partners, and turn complex technical issues into clear, practical solutions. You’ll work closely with customer service, sales teams, and authorized service providers to ensure reliable, responsive, and people-focused aftersales support.
What You’ll Do- Provide aftersales service for warranty and out-of-warranty products.
- Conduct in-house and onsite repairs, installations, and product demonstrations.
- Support customers, service partners, and internal teams with technical troubleshooting.
- Prepare service reports and help monitor customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a service culture built on quality, care, and continuous improvement.
- A degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–3 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing printers, imaging devices, or related equipment.
- Knowledge of basic computer troubleshooting and networking.
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
