Job Description

• Directing and overseeing staff, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements).
• Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations standards.
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conducting financial analysis and providing reports to management.
• Handling month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within department is often required.
• Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, or a related field is generally required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is expected
