About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the Infinity Outsourcing Services team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance across our retail operations.As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, creating memorable customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our retail environment.
Key responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and attending to customer needs with professionalism and courtesy
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and product recommendations
- Keep the sales floor and retail displays clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and find appropriate solutions
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and stocktaking activities as required
- Support promotional activities and special events to drive customer engagement and sales
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience working in a retail or customer service environment, preferably as a Sales Associate or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15kg
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles would be advantageous
