Order Management and Inventory Specialist

The Order Management and Inventory Specialist ensures accurate order processing, inventory integrity, and timely reporting across all stores. This role plays a critical part in maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring sales records, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer orders in the system
• Process customer returns accurately and in a timely manner
• Generate and submit weekly sales reports to the Order & Inventory Manager
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts across all stores
• Prepare and implement inventory schedules, ensuring strict compliance
• Verify that all sales transactions encoded in the system are accurate
• Analyze sales data and reconcile records against physical store inventory
• Identify and report discrepancies to the Order & Inventory Manager
• Report and document defective merchandise from stores
• Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure proper stock organization, storage, and condition on the sales floor
• Assist in securing necessary inventory-related permits in coordination with Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze sales and inventory reports
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective inventory control practices
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
