Shift Production Quality Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shift Production Quality Assistant to support daily quality control operations in our manufacturing plant. The role ensures that production standards are consistently met and that products comply with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections during assigned shifts
• Monitor production output and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Document inspection results and prepare basic reports
• Identify defects and coordinate with production team for immediate action
• Support implementation of quality control procedures and improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering or any related four-year college course
• Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is an advantage
• Keen attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment

Work Location & Arrangement:

• Deployment will be at our Silang, Cavite plant
• Company-provided accommodation may be arranged for qualified candidates
