As an IT Digital Delivery Lead, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. This role manages project scope, resources, risks, and governance while collaborating closely with business units, solutions architects, and technical teams.
The Digital Delivery Lead also mentors project members, drives agile practices, and ensures solutions are implemented according to enterprise architecture standards.
Qualifications and Experience- 5+ years of experience in IT project or program delivery with strong background in project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, PMP certifications a plus)
- Proficiency in project planning tools and techniques
- Solid understanding of technical design, data flows, and system integration
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital delivery practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
