Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to provide installation, repair, and preventive maintenance support for servers, desktops, laptops, MAC devices, MDM platforms, and related systems. The role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting LAN services, configuring user access, and ensuring compliance with company technology policies and security standards.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure efficiency, preparing and deploying devices, supporting end users, and resolving routine technical concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deploy desktops and laptops through device imaging, configuration, testing, and setup.
- Configure hardware and software for new team members, including email and LAN access.
- Support Thin Client and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) connectivity.
- Assist in maintaining Active Directory user and computer objects.
- Troubleshoot routine desktop, laptop, operating system, software, and peripheral equipment issues.
- Deliver replacement equipment and provide technical support to users.
- Assist in building and configuring LAN infrastructure under supervision.
- Monitor LAN capacity and performance through automated reports and data collection.
- Maintain and update departmental documentation and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with technology policies, security controls, and IT standards.
- Respond to assigned work queues and resolve support requests within established timelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Previous experience in IT Server, Network, PC Support, or IT Customer Support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, LAN environments, and device management tools
Work schedule: Monday to Friday: Shifting schedule
