Role: Financial Service ManagerCompensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Work Setup: WFO (Office-based)
The Financial Service Manager will lead a team of collectors, collaborate with company leaders, and establish positive professional relationships with customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for operations and efficiencies of a collections team.
Ensures adherence and effectiveness to the collection process within daily operational procedures affecting initiatives/projects to enable the timely collection of cash.
Performs account monitoring and collection of all customer accounts.
Supports and monitors the resolution of customer issues and billing problems, escalating when required to senior management.
Works closely with internal senior management in pursuing outstanding customer balances.
AR Metrics analysis and reporting responsibilities.
Hosting collections meetings with internal and external parties.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring staff members, providing training, and creating work schedules.
Research, develop, and implement collection procedures that reduce the amount of delinquency they encounter.
Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.
Job Qualifications:
Management experience.
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections position
At least 2+ years managing and developing employees/bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance (or equivalent experience)
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas for data calculations, use of VLookups, Pivot Tables, data validation, and creating complex charts and graphs based on data.
Must be a driven self-starter who is adaptive and has the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Must have a leader, not boss, mentality
Must possess strong analytical skills, possess strong communication skills, and operate well within a fast-paced culture.
Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels throughout the organization.
Interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure.
