About the role
Work Location: Batangas, PhilippinesReporting To: Regulatory Affairs Manager
Key responsibilities- Demonstrate a strong focus on consumer and customer satisfaction through effective regulatory compliance and support
- Promote knowledge sharing and implement best practices and shared learnings at the local and regional levels
- Understand and apply the principles of the cost of quality in regulatory and compliance-related decisions
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving global environment where accountability, quality, and timeliness are critical
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, supported by strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in regulatory compliance and interactions with relevant government agencies, including FDA, BPI, and BAI, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines
- Solid working knowledge of local food regulations, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency or strong interest in working with SAP and other regulatory or quality management systems
- Good understanding of product certification programs, including Halal, Kosher, and Organic certifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical and regulatory information clearly
