Medical Coordinator (Entry Level)

Medika Services and Global Assistance Inc. is accepting applicants for Medical Coordinator Position:

Qualifications:

• Applicants who have any medical-allied degree (bachelor's, associate, diploma). We also invite fresh graduates to apply!
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shifts (with night differential pay), holidays and weekends if needed.
• With willingness to work independently on a team.
• Preferably resides or near in Alabang, Muntinlupa. This role requires to work 100% onsite.

• Patient Care Coordination: Make outbound calls to patients regarding their medical needs, explaining medical and insurance benefits and other related inquiries.
• Case Management: Handling patient cases like emergency, patient transfer, insurance and benefit claims, and other case related matters.
• Communication Facilitation: Creating a seamless communication between patients and associated healthcare facilities through calls, SMS, or e-mails for patient accommodation.
• Data Management: Assuring on data input for patient records and other medical records maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administrative Duties: Assisting with billing, processing insurance claims, and verifying coverage to ensure financial process for patients.
• Perform other duties/tasks related to the role.
