We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Treasury Manager to oversee treasury operations, optimize cash flow, and ensure strong financial governance. If you have a solid background in financial leadership and want to make a real difference in a growing financial services company, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow planning, banking, investments, and compliance.
• Monitor liquidity, risk, and treasury performance to support business objectives.
• Supervise and coach the Treasury team to ensure high performance and timely execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance or treasury, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Preferably with experience in financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge in GAAP, tax regulations, investment instruments, and financial compliance.
• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, policy development, and accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent decision-making, time management, and leadership capabilities.
