Job Description: Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivables)

We are seeking a detailed- oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our Accounts Receivable Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing incoming payments, reconciling clients' accounts, and assisting with the collection of outstanding invoices to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Female or Male
Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field

2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or accounts receivables

Familiarity with accounting software, (QUICKBOOKS, SAP, ORACLE)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Can start ASAP!

Work location

QUEZON CITY, NCR, SECOND DISTRICT
