Brief Job Description- Admits patients and provides direct nursing care
- Assesses patient needs and monitors vital signs
- Assists with patient mobility, ensuring proper body alignment and body mechanics
- Supports physicians during examinations and procedures
- Prepares patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Administers medications and treatments, and documents patient responses
- Observes symptoms, reports changes, and implements appropriate interventions
- Maintains accurate and timely patient records and charts
- Provides health education to patients and families
- Coordinates with healthcare teams for patient care and discharge planning
- Performs basic procedures such as catheterization, irrigation, and enemas
- Ensures proper handling and endorsement of ward equipment and supplies
- Attends meetings, seminars, and training for professional development
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualification- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- With a valid PRC license
- Clinical experience in providing direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting in procedures, and coordinating with healthcare teams is an advantage
