Systems Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support system improvements across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for projects and change requests
- Create system analysis artifacts such as requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and prototypes
- Analyze systems, processes, and data to identify improvements
- Facilitate discussions and process reviews with stakeholders (including hospital partners)
- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in systems analysis and design, tools, and techniques
- Familiarity with Agile practices, design thinking, and UX design
- Knowledge of data handling and queries (Excel, SQL is a plus)
- Experience working across multiple business units or domains
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and IT teams
- Continuous learner with adaptability
