- Partner with operations and recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring and workforce readiness to meet business demands
- Co-create and drive culture, engagement, and retention programs that resonate with a start-up workforce
- Support leaders in performance conversations, feedback loops, and coaching, enabling stronger team management
- Use data and analytics (attrition, productivity, employee sentiment) to identify trends and make actionable recommendations
- Manage employee relations and workplace challenges with a balanced, fair, and business-focused approach
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and innovative practices that reflect modern work culture
- Collaborate with leadership to build career development and growth frameworks for employees
- Help shape the policies and practices that will scale with the business while keeping flexibility and agility intact
- At least 5 years of professional experience in people-facing or business operations roles (e.g., operations leadership, client services, project/program management, or consulting)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making in a growing or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of business drivers, scaling operations, and workforce needs in a start-up or BPO set-up
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling organizational challenges (team dynamics, change management, scaling, culture-building)
- Ability to use data and insights to guide people and business strategies
- Adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a start-up environment
