The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales and providing excellent customer service through the company's online and digital sales channels. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, creating Sales Orders (SO), coordinating with Accounting and Warehouse for order fulfillment, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer purchasing experience.
The Sales Associate is expected to build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the continuous growth of Crystal Image Paper Marketing Corporation by promoting the company's products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through Facebook Messenger, Viber, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers by providing accurate product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations based on their business requirements.
- Promote the company's paper products, printing materials, office supplies, and other products to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and convert confirmed customer orders into accurate Sales Orders (SO).
- Verify customer information and ensure all order details are complete before processing.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department for payment verification and confirmation before order processing.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely preparation, release, and delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor customer orders from order confirmation through delivery and provide regular status updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales transactions, and communication logs in the company's systems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining updated product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory information across online selling platforms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports as required by Management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, online selling, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, business development, and account management capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel for client visits and business meetings.
