Business Development Executive (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, experience working with international clients, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strategic client relationships, and is passionate about delivering technology solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise IT products and services.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of technology solutions that address clients' business challenges and digital transformation goals.
  • Leverage existing professional networks and client relationships to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful client engagements.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B software or IT solutions sales.
  • Proven experience selling to international or foreign clients.
  • Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and value-based selling.
  • Existing network of clients or established business connections is highly preferred.
Preferred
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, D365, Sitecore, Boomi, AI Platforms, or related technologies.
