Investment Manager - Energy Industry

Investment Analysis:
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and structuring of investment opportunities (greenfield, brownfield, and acquisitions)
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation
- Coordinate with legal, technical, insurance, and commercial advisors
- Support negotiation of key agreements (e.g., Share Purchase Agreements, EPC, O&M, Power Supply Agreements)
- Drive transactions toward financial close, including lender engagement and financing processe
Financial Modeling & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for project finance and M&A transactions
- Conduct sensitivity analysis on key variables (tariffs, capex, financing structure, etc.)
- Evaluate project returns, risk profiles, and bankability
- Support model audits and respond to lender and investor queries
Deal Origination & Pipeline Development:
- Support sourcing of new investment opportunities in renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS, etc.)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build relationships with developers, partners, and stakeholders
- Screen opportunities and prepare initial investment assessments
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal approvals
- Present key findings and recommendations to senior management and Investment Committee
- Interface with lenders, equity investors, and strategic partners
- Monitor performance of existing investments
- Support refinancing, restructuring, or value-enhancement initiatives
- Assist in resolving commercial or operational issues impacting asset performance

A successful Investment Manager should have:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis and investment management.
- Experience in the energy and natural resources industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
